DraaTV Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Policy

DraaTV respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe that any content on draatv.net infringes your copyrights, you may submit a DMCA notice to our Designated Copyright Agent with the following details as required by 17 U.S.C. 512(c)(3):

Required Information for a DMCA Notice

  1. Your signature – A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an agent authorized to act on their behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work – If multiple copyrighted works are involved, provide a representative list.
  3. Identification of the infringing material – Include direct URLs only (up to 10 per notice). We do not accept links to search pages or general directories.
  4. Your contact details – Provide a legal name, physical address, telephone number, and a business email address (see email requirements below).
  5. A good faith statement – Declare that you believe the material is being used without authorization from the copyright owner, agent, or the law.
  6. Accuracy statement under penalty of perjury – Confirm that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  7. Proof of copyright ownership – Attach a scanned document proving your authority (e.g., a copyright registration or licensing agreement).
  8. A valid company email address – Requests must come from a corporate email domain (e.g., yourname@yourcompany.com). Requests from free email services (Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo, AOL, ProtonMail, etc.) will not be processed.
  9. Plain text format – All notices must be in plain text (not HTML, Word, or PDF format).

Important Notes

  • We only process copyright notices from companies or official representatives of the copyright owner. Personal or attorney requests will not be accepted unless sent on behalf of the copyright holder.
  • False claims may result in legal liability under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.
  • Respect our work, and we will respect yours. Threats or abusive language will not be tolerated.

If you are located in the European Union, please submit an Intellectual Property Rights Enforcement Directive (IPRED) request instead of a DMCA notice.
